The place is clean, spent 4 sunny days here. The employees working here are very pleasant and consistently courteous. It boasts soundproof huge rooms with an inside bedroom. The garden is lovely.

We where in a reasonably spacious apartment so close to Palacio Real and Plaza Mayor, and galleries. The breakfast was savoury and great and there was a great selection of food. Appreciated having down pillows, no need to ask for them beforehand.

All staff were extraordinarily friendly.

I got large and brand-new room with the extra bed and dishwasher. A roll in shower, a hairdryer, and bath sheets were a bonus. The setting was good: D

The apartment was clean and in marvellous and fab location right by Atocha railway, and Atocha station. Rooms were all airy with modern furniture.

I recently stayed at a wonderful apartment in Madrid called 60 Balconies Art. The location was amazing, right next to Atocha station and the Estacion del Arte metro station. The apartment was clean, well designed, and had a small terrace that was a great spot to relax. The kitchen was well stocked and I appreciated being able to cook my own meals. The sound-proofing was impressive, ensuring a peaceful night's sleep. I highly recommend 60 Balconies Art for a comfortable and convenient stay in Madrid.

Marvellous setting in the heart of Madrid. The staff were excellent and accommodating people, I had a great stay on holidays.

We loved the convenience of the location, with the train and metro stations just steps away. Plus, being within walking distance to the Prado museum and other attractions made exploring the city so much easier.

The noise from the busy street outside can be disruptive for light sleepers, especially on the lower floors.

The location of this place is fantastic, just a short walk to the Prado National Museum, and we absolutely loved it here.

I had a great stay at this apartment in Madrid. The location was fantastic, with easy access to public transportation and within walking distance to the center of old Madrid. The room was spacious and well-equipped, and the bathroom was clean and modern. The staff provided excellent service, going out of their way to make sure I had everything I needed. I also enjoyed the nearby restaurants and bars with live music.

Fortunately, the staff was able to resolve the issue the next day and I was moved to a larger apartment.
